Who Sampled has re-uploaded the mix, which had originally been presented by Chris Read as the tribute to Adam Yauch aka MCA of Beastie Boys just after his passing on 4 May 2012, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Boys' classic album, "Paul's Boutique", which was released on 25 July 1989.

Featuring 40 tracks including the Boys' tracks and remixes plus the sampled tracks such as "Gonna Love You Just A Little Bit More Babe" by Jimmy Smith, "Magnificent Sanctuary Band" by Donny Hathaway, "Nothing Is the Same" by Grand Funk Railroad, "Loose Booty" by Sly & the Family Stone etc.

Following to the last post, "Solid Steel Radio Show 24/5/2013 Part 1 + 2: How High's The Water Mama - A Tribute To De La Soul's 3 Feet High And Rising" by United States of Audio, here's another mix to celebrate the anniversary of a classic album. This one by Chris Read for 20th anniversary mix of "Midnight Marauders" by A Tribe Called Quest presented by Wax Poetics and Who Sampled. Although it was released last November to celebrate the album's 20th anniversary, it sounds still fresh enough to check out in case you'd missed at that time.

In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the release of the Incredible Bongo Band‘s classic debut LP "Bongo Rock" and its follow up "The Return of The Incredible Bongo Band", Mr Bongo and WhoSampled have put together the exclusive mixtape so as to promote the releases of 40th Anniversary editions of both albums (plus there's a competition as well).
