As of promoting the album, J. PERIOD produced the official mixtape of the album, "Wake Up!", by JOHN LEGEND & THE ROOTS released in February 2011.

As you can easily guess, the mix features the tracks from the album and also the additional guests' appearances by the artists such as COMMON, Q-TIP, K'NAAN etc.

Not new, though, it still sounds so soulful.
